Well we are still preparing for the big trip/holiday.
I have purchased the battery, Calcium from Delkor, for the camper and still need a DC-DC converter. It will be interesting to see how the battery performs but I have been informed that will be quite good for the type of work required. Wiring of the camper is underway but I haven't started on the HiLux as yet but wil be doing that next week.
Yesterday I bought the Honda Generator, thought about solar but decided it would not suit our purposes. The generator will only be used, generally, to charge the battery if we haven't travelled for a while, but it is there if we need it.
With 2 months to go there is still a lot to do, final planning for the early day's travels are on the agenda, but these plans have probably changed after the cyclone up North.
